After a long 2000 winter rebuilt, the frame is finally back together. Had it powder coated, and fitted Metric tapered head bearing. The seat unit is off a TZ750, and fitted quite easily, although not too sure of it just yet. The short DeCarbon shock has been fully refurbished and gassed up.

A TZ350G radiator just about fits. Front fairing mount, is a standard TZE, with a few modifications for the steering lock stop.

As can be seen, the rear master cylinder is a small Lockheed unit, as often supplied by Spondon. The gear and brake levers are TZ, but the footrests are Honda RS.

The front end has been completely rebuilt, except for the fork tubes, which are fully serviceable. The Spondon cotton-reel hub has been polished, and re-laced by Central Wheels, into a flangeless alloy rim, with polished stainless spokes. Disc is a cast iron Spondon item. The caliper is a floating Spondon unit, which has been cleaned up, and fitted with new pads (same as the lockheed). Master cylinder is a Lockheed unit.
Front fairing bracket is a modified TZE unit, having the addition of steering lock stop.

The bike is almost completed. The rear wheel has now been rebuilt, and needs to be fitted, then refit the engine, which has been used as a spare for my race bike.
