I started racing on my CB77, and then progressed on the TZ. Along the way, I’ve managed to buy loads of parts, and a few bikes, and keep looking for more space to store it all. A full garage, loft and shed bear testamont to that. The Honda CB77 and 72, plus loads of spare engines and bits are for sale, to the right offer.

Anyway, although I’ve only managed a couple of trophies, and a third in the 2002 CRMC GP1 class, the whole racing experience has been fantastic. I don’t wish to create any controversy, but the atmosphere within the CRMC paddock has to be amongst the best of any club. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and there is not too much of the anti-jap feeling showing.
As you can see from the various pages, I’ve built a Kawasaki A1-R replica, that will hopefully get a few meetings in 2004/5. The Spondon TZ has progressed slowly, but is still no w here near completion. The new Harris TZ has come to a halt, and I doubt that it will be finished for this season. Then there’s the two Rotax’s to play with, for which I’m gradually obtaining parts.

I’m now into my 11th year of racing. Time has really flown, but as I pile the pounds on, and the bike takes the pounds out of my wallet, I seem to get slower!
At the moment I have no intention of packing up, although the thought did cross my mind after a big off at Croft at the end of 2003. No damage to me, but a very bashed TZ. Most who race have crashed at some time, and they always get over it and improve. So that is what I must do. Anyone know a good hypnotist?
